Join Greene Land Trust for a night under the stars at the Coxsackie Creek Grassland Preserve. Led by GLT stewardship manager Justin Wexler, we will gaze at the heavens from the best spot in the preserve and learn all about various constellations and their importance for Northeastern Native Peoples. As a bonus, we should get a good show of shooting stars from the Perseid meteor showers.
Bring good walking shoes (the walk is short, but includes a short stretch of hill) and bring a blanket or folding chair for sitting.
