Hannacroix Creek Preserve

The Hannacroix Cree Preserve is located on State Route 144 Just south of the Albany/Greene County line. There are several miles of walking trails. The Hannacroix Creek Preserve is owned and managed by the New Baltimore Conservancy. GLT holds an easement on the property to help assure that it remains in a relatively natural state and is available for public use.
