GLT is pleased to announce that it has received a grant to create a Natural Resource Inventory (NRI)) for Greene County. The NRI will help prioritize projects that will most benefit the protection of sensitive habitats, increase resilience, and improve the overall health of the watershed within Greene County. The project will also identify conservation priorities that GLT use will to consider land conservation opportunities we should pursue. This will help us assure that we use your donations are used effectively.  This project is made possible by a $35,000 grant from the Hudson River Estuary Program funded by the NYS Environmental Protection Fund. Willows at Brandow Point

    Saturday September 29, 2018 2-5:30

The Willows, 480 Rt 385 Athens, NY

An afternoon of music at the Willows at Brandow Point.

Wickers Creek Band at the Willows September 29, 2018

The event kicked off at 2 PM with music by Wickers Creek Band.  They performed an eclectic mix of traditional American music, primarily in the Bluegrass tradition.

They were followed by Breakneck Ridge Revue , a folk "jam band" of Hudson Valley musicians building twangy but danceable sets around a mix of traditional and original songs ranging from blues to folk to rock -- from John Prine to the Beatles -- but always with a homegrown feel.

The weather was wonderful and all who attended enjoyed the afternoon. Food and beverages were provided by Crossroads Brewery and Best of the Wurst.

Just like Subaru-- Dog Tested and Dog Approved.  Really good hot dogs from Best of the Wurst.
